 Yes, COD is available for orders to all serviceable pin codes.

 To place a exchange request:

  • Visit the “Exchange your order” Request section on our website.
  • Submit the required details as prompted.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to exchange. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

 Yes, a reverse shipment fee of INR 100 will be charged per order for returns.

Orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days for metro and tier I cities. Delivery may take longer for some pin codes. If you experience a delay, please contact us at blumun.in@gmail.com for assistance.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and phone number. We will also notify you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 If your order does not arrive within 7-10 working days, please contact us at blumun.in@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure prompt delivery.

 Shipping charges may apply based on the order value and location. Please refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping fees.

Currently, we do not ship outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

1. How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at blumun.in@gmail.com.

To exchange a product:

  • Visit the “Exchange your order” Request section on our website.
  • Pack the product in its original packaging with tags.
  • Hand over the package to our courier. Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request.

 If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us a photograph of the damaged product at blumun.in@gmail.com. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the return not being processed.

 If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at blumun.in@gmail.com to initiate a return request and resolve the issue.

The reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days. Once received at our warehouse, it may take 7-10 days to process the return or exchange. You will be notified once your request is processed.

Items purchased during promotional deals, which include free products, are not eligible for return and exchange.

1. What should I do if my payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed?

 If your payment was deducted but your order was not placed, the amount is usually refunded automatically within 2-3 business days. If not, please email us the transaction details at blumun.in@gmail.com for further assistance.
