- Return and Exchange Period

- We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange period from the date of delivery. Please ensure that returned product(s) reach us within an additional 5-7 days from the initiation of the return process.
- A return shipment fee of ₹100 will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items. If an order includes multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be applied for the entire order.
- No return and refund is available.
- Exchange is only applicable for sizes. (Damaged products are an expectations)
- Delivery within 7-8 working business days.
- COD Orders

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup. The store credit will be sent to your registered email address/contact number.
- Condition of Returned Products

- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Products that are returned in poor condition or have been clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Time

- Allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account.
- Refund and Store Credit Policy

- Prepaid Orders/Online Payments: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our Website.
- COD Orders: Payments made via COD will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-exchangeable Items
