Exchange Policy

Return & Refund

We do not offer returns or refunds on poster orders.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange is only applicable if you receive a damaged poster or the wrong product.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at blumun.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Condition of Product

Posters that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same poster at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within this period. The returned product must reach us within 5–7 days after the exchange request is approved.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable for size-related issues.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, it will be treated as an exception and will be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Charges

A ₹100 exchange shipment fee will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items included in the exchange.

Condition of Product

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products purchased during promotional offers, bundle deals, or offers that include free products are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy
